Our weekly poem

A POOL.
 (Sign careful)

Oooh! What again is that four letter word hard to describe?
easy to pronounce, write and read but unfairly lived
Can we love without illusions? Why then do we bribe?
Some said a mutual love is natural, we believed
Yes we sacrificed our hearts, and joined the tribe
We learned to appreciate, for we longed to be saved
Time like mime, never shouts it does jibe
No sooner had we realized, the heartbeats were engraved
while others had walked miles not to scribe
“we long to love and be loved” a battle to be survived.
Being devoted, stand firm strong and stable
Take your way and lubricate others to be moved
A swimmer trains oneself on water-depth desirable
Yees! Make a difference, will you? We long to love and be loved.
