Barua aliyoiandika Hermy B, kuhusu yeye na msanii Ay

Baada ya blog ya leotainment.blogspot.comkuandika kuchuja kwa urafiki kati ya Hermy B producer na mwenyekiti mtendaji katika kampuni ya B’Hits Music Group na msanii Ambene Yesaya maarufu kama AY tarehe 23/05/2012.
Producer huyo aliandika barua kutoa ufafanuzi wa namna mambo yalivyokuwa na yalivyo sasa

"Ningependa kujibu shutuma zilizoandikwa na blog yako kuhusu uhusiano wangu na swahiba wangu A.Y. Ningependa ifahamike kwamba mimi na A.Y kwa kipindi cha miaka 4 tumefanya kazi za muziki kwa karibu pamoja na kazi nyingine za biashara. Ni kawaida na inaeleweka kwamba mahali popote watu wanapofanya kazi pamoja kugongana katika mawazo au lugha ni jambo la kawaida, na ndio changamoto zenyewe. Si jambo la ajabu kama mimi na swahiba wangu A.Y. kupishana katika kazi.

Baada ya kusoma makala inayonihusu kwenye blog yako nimeona ni umuhimu wa kujibu ni makala yako haswa kuhusu swali linalohusu utu na tamaa ya pesa. Kwanza ningependa ieleweke kwamba umeniweka katika picha ya mtu mwenye tamaa kubwa ya pesa na nisiejali utu picha amabayo imeanza kunisumbua katika shuhuli zangu kwa muda mfupi tu kwani wananchi wameanza kuniona hivyo.

Hivyo nimeona ni lazima nijibu kwani nikiiacha bila kujibu madhara yake yatakuwa mabaya. Kwanza napenda uelewe sijawahi kuwa msimamizi wa kazi za A.Y zaidi ya kuwa producer wa nyimbo zake tu. Kipindi chote hicho nimekua natumia utaalamu wangu kwenye kutengeneza tu muziki wake. Maswala mengine yoooote amekuwa akifanya mwenyewe tena bila msaidizi.

Pia ufahamu bila A.Y na MwanaFA kunipa nafasi kutengeneza muziki wao nisingekua hapa nilipo. Nadhani inaeleweka mahali popote duniani kwamba kipaji ili kifahamike kwa watu lazima kipitie kwa mtu fulani au mkondo fulani. Si ajabu kama kipaji changu cha kuproduce muziki kimeweza kufahamika kwa kupitia kwa A.Y. Mimi sio mungu labda ningekua sehemu nyingine na mafanikio makubwa zaidi au machache zaidi,lakini nachojua rafiki yangu amenipa ngazi ya kufika huku nilipo sasa, sijawahi kuficha hilo na hata wao wenyewe wanajua na bado nashukuru kwa hilo.

A.Y hajawahi kuingia mkataba wa aina yoyote na kampuni ya BHits Music Group Limited wala mimi binafsi uliombana kufanya kazi na mimi na sio mtu mwingine yoyote. Nimetengeneza nyimbo zisizopungua 30 za A.Y, kwa ajili ya albamu yake katika kipindi cha mwaka 2008 mpaka 2011. Baadhi ya nyimbo hizo zimeshatoka na nyingine bado zipo zikisubiri uhitaji wake. Wote tulikua na lengo la kutengeneza muziki kwa wingi na kuuza kwenye soko zuri la muziki ili tufaidike kwa pamoja.

Muda wote muziki ulikua unatolewa na unafanya vizuri kwa radio na T.V na show zilikua zinafanyika na zote nilikua nazijua iwe ndani ya nchi au nje ya nchi hii hata malipo nilikua nafahamu ni kiasi gani na sijawahi kufichwa na A.Y kuhusu hilo.

Utata umekuja kwenye malipo yaliyotajwa kwenye blog yako ambayo yameniudhi sana na baadhi ya wasanii wanaopenda kurekodi kwangu wameanza kuwasiliana na mimi kuuliza bei imepanda lini na kama inawahusu pia.

Kutoelewana kwetu kwetu kibiashara ilikuwa mwezi February mwaka huu yakihusu malipo ya album hiyo. Baada ya hapo niliamua kufunga mdomo wangu na nisingesema chochote kwani haya yalikua yananihusu mimi na rafiki yangu tu. Nimeamua kuongea sasa kwani nahisi nimeshambuliwa kwa mara ya pili kuhusu makubaliano haya na mara ya kwanza niliamua kukaa kimya.

Kwanza nataka ufahamu Katika kipindi cha kutokea 2008 mpaka leo hii (miaka 4) kwa matumizi ya nyimbo hizo, ambazo amekwishafanyia show nje na ndani ya nchi na nyingine kumpatia nominations na tuzo tofauti, nilichowahi kulipwa hakitaweza kuzidi shilingi milioni tatu kwa malipo ya awamu tofauti kwa miaka minne.

Kilichotokea ni kwamba, mwaka huu mwanzoni kabisa, A.Y aliwasiliana na mimi akiwa na mipango ya kuzindua albamu yake. Na alitaka kuzinunua zile nyimbo kutoka kwangu akiwa na mpango mpya wa kuiuza albamu kwa mpango wake binafsi pasi na mimi. Nilishindwa kuelewa nini anakifanya hasa alipoomba alipie wimbo mmoja mmoja tena kwa bei ya msanii wa kawaida anaehangaika kutoka.

Niliamua kukubali kwamba ameamua kufanya hivyo na sina nguvu ya kumzuia basi nikajaribu kupata malipo halisi ya kazi yangu. Ubishi wangu ulikua kwamba msanii mdogo hawezi kulipa bei sawa ya kurekodi na msanii mkubwa, kwani hata malipo ya msanii mkubwa na mdogo baada ya kazi yoyote iwe ya matangazo ama show huwa hayafanani. Bei niliyotaja haikua millioni kumi, ni uongo mtupu na kwa wimbo mmoja niliomba nilipwe millioni 2.

Akakubali kwa bei hiyo ya Millioni 2 japo nilihisi hakuridhika kabisa. Nilimtumia mkataba wa makubaliano yetu ambayo kweli baadae aliona kwamba bei hiyo kwake ni kubwa sana hivyo hatukusaini makubaliano. Tulibadilishana meseji kwa simu kwa muda mrefu sana na niliona biashara hii itavunja urafiki wetu.

Nilifikiria sana kwamba nyimbo hizi nimekaa nazo toka 2008 bila kuingiza chochote na maisha yanaenda pia. Sikuona sababu ya kuharibu urafiki wetu wa muda mrefu kwa mabishano haya. Kwa Ujumbe wa simu nilimueleza A.Y anakaribishwa aje achukue nyimbo zoooooote anazohitaji kwa albamu yake BURE (bila malipo).Lakini nilimuomba anisamehe sitomix zile ambazo bado hazijamixiwa, ila ampatie producer mwingine amfanyie hiyo kazi.

Mpaka naona hii makala A.Y hajaja kuchukua hizo nyimbo na ndio naelewa kua hayupo na BHits tena na wala taarifa zote hizo mbili hajawahi kunipatia. Huu ndio ukweli halisi.

Swala la mimi kuwa na wivu na kinyongo na mafanikio ya A.Y ni uongo na nashangaa umetoa wapi maneno hayo. Kama kulipwa kidogo, huku nikiona A.Y anaingiza fedha nyingi kwa muziki tunaotengeneza pamoja basi ningekua nimegombana nae toka mwaka 2009 labda.

Narudia kwamba nilikua najua kila show yake inapofanywa na sikuwahi kujisikia vibaya. Nataka utambue pia nilikua na akili timamu wakati nafanya kazi na A.Y na muda wowote nilikua na uwezo wa kubadili mawazo na kutaka tuandike makubaliano kwa karatasi ila sikufanya hivyo na wala sijutii chochote kwa utaratibu wetu wa hatari wa kufanya kazi bila mkataba wa maandishi na ndio maana nipo radhi hata sasa kumpatia nyimbo hizo bure kama nlivomwambia hapo mwanzo.

Jana msanii na kiongozi wa kundi la kimuziki la Tip Top Connection Madee alifunguka na kueleza kuwa ameamua kumrudisha msanii Dogo Janja mkoani kwao Arusha kutokana na tabia alizokuwa nazo msanii huyo.
Aidha aliendelea kufunguka na kuelezea kisa kizima cha uamuzi huo kama ifuatavyo " Mimi nilikuwa nimesafiri ni kama wiki mbili zimepita tulikuwa mkoa wa Iringa na Mbeya, mimi na Tunda yaani Tip Top kwa ujumla yeye tulimbakisha kwa maana yupo kipindi cha mitihani yeye ni  form Two"

Msanii huyo aliendelea kufunguka na kueleza baada ya kurudi kwenye safari hiyo alipigiwa simu na mwalimu wa darasa wa Dogo janja na kumpa pole kwa kuumwa kwa mwanafunzi wake.
Ndipo akaamua kumpigia simu Dogo Janja bila mafanikio yoyote jambo lililomfanya ampigie msanii mwenzake wa kundi hilo aitwaye Tunda.Ambapo aliambiwa kuwa amemuacha msanii huyo nyumbani kwake.


Aidha alikubali kumchapa makofi dogo huyo na kumwambia awahi nyumbani haraka baada ya kumkuta nyumbani kwa Tunda na kesho yake anampaleka shule aka adhibiwe. Kesho yake alikaa na kuongea na msanii huyo akijiandaa ampeleke shule na ndipo msanii huyo alipokataa kwenda shule na kutaka ahamishiwe kusoma Arusha mji aliotokea.
Hivyo Madee aliamua kumpigia baba yake na Dogo janja na wakakubaliana kubaki kwa msanii huyo.

Alieleza jambo lililomuuzi zaidi ni baada ya kuchukua simu ya Dogo janja na kukuta mambo ya ajabu ikiwemo nyaraka todfauti zinazomsema madee na mambo mengine ya ajabu. Vilevile Dogo janja aligoa kabisa kwenda shule na kutaka arudi Arusha ndipo madee akatoa baraka zake zote na hivi leo asubuhi amesafiri kuelekea Arusha.

Top 10 richest people in Africa

No. 1 – Aliko Dangote
In November 2011 his net worth was evaluated to $10.1 billion, an increase from last year. He made fortunes from interests in flour, sugar, milling and salt processing, cement, real estate, gas and oil. Aged 54 and residing in Lagos, this father of 3 is currently the richest man in Nigeria.
Currently ranked 51st in the world’s richest men list, he witnessed a 557% fortune increase during the last year, due to the Dangote Cement listing. Constituting 25% of the Nigeria Stock Exchange’s total market cap, Benue Cement is the company within which he integrated his investments throughout Africa. His latest purchase we should really mention – a $45 million bombardier aircraft, as a gift to himself on the occasion of his birthday.
No. 2 – Nicky Oppenheimer & Family
This South African father of 1 currently owns $6.5 billion, being the richest person in South Africa, as researched in November 2011. Aged 65, he currently lives in Johannesburg. Knowing an increase in net worth, he made this fortune by being named chairman of De Beers diamonds, inherited from his father, plus important interests in the gold-mining company Anglo American plc. He’s also the owner of the largest private game reserve in South Africa, the Tswalu Kalahari Reserve.
No. 3 – Nassef Sawiris
The richest man in Egypt, Nassef Sawiris, was listed in November 2011 among the richest men in the world. With a decreasing net worth of $4.75 billion, he is the son of Onsi Sawiris. Owner of Orascom’s construction and fertilizer division since the late 90s he sold the business to Lafarge during 2007. He currently owns part of the company, also being the largest shareholder in Texas Industries.  This charismatic figure is aged 50 and resides in Cairo.
No. 4 – Johann Rupert & Family
The fourth spot on our board is the second richest person in South Africa. With an increasing net worth of $4.7 billion, this 60 year old businessman currently lives in Stellenbosch, being the father of 3 children. Ranked among the first 500 richest men in the world, his income derives from the Swiss luxury group Richemont, owner of Dunhill, Chloe bags, Cartier and MontBlanc pens.
Their latest acquisition is Net-a-Porter, an online fashion portal, while his holding company in South Africa, Remgro, purchased VenFin at an earlier time during 2010. Other brands under his name are the L’Ormarins wine estates, an exclusive golf club in South Africa and Rupert & Rothschild.
No. 5 – Mike Adenuga
Currently ranked second in Nigeria, this owner of $4.3 billion is currently enjoying a marital status. Living in Lagos and aged 57, he made a fortune with Globacom, telecommunication brand that recently launched its 4G network. One of the main investments of the company is the submarine cable that connects Nigeria to the world. He started from scratch, selling Coca-Cola and lace, eventually managing to build military barracks in the late 1980s. He also owns shares in the Equitorial Trust Bank, also being the current chairman of Conoil.
No. 6 – Miloud Chaabi
Owner of a “puny” $3 billion, this 82 year old magnate lives in Morocco, being the richest man in the country. Married, he started the climb in 1948 in house developing, meeting an expansion through Ynna Holding into hotels and supermarkets, plus renewable energy. He used to be a member of the Parliament, being named the “red capitalist” after making an alliance with the socialist party.
No. 7 – Naguib Sawiris
The eldest son of Onsi Sawiris, and brother with Nassef, Naguib is currently 57 and lives in Cairo. Ranked second in Egypt, he is the father of 4, with a net worth of $2.9 billion, as researched during November 2011. The chairman of Wind Telecom, a mobile service provider in Africa, South Asia, Canada, Middle East and Europe, he attempted to sell the company to MTN group sometime in the past, but with no success.
No. 8 – Christoffel Wiese
With an estimated net worth of $2.7 billion, Christoffel is the third richest man in South Africa. Aged 70, he is currently married and father of three. Commonly known as Christo, he made the fortune as head of Shoprite. Furthermore, he owns shares in Pepkor – discount shoes, clothes and textiles store in South Africa -, being also renowned for restoring and remodeling a South African farm estate into a five-star resort. Other acquisitions are the Lourensford Estate wine producer plus a game reserve in the Kalahari.
No. 9 – Onsi Sawiris
The father of Nassef and Naguib, Onsi Sawiris is the owner of $2.6 billion. Following his sons, he is the third richest man in Egypt, as ranked in November 2011. Residing in Cairo, he’s the father of three. He made the astonishing fortune by founding and developing the Orascom telecom, plus all sorts of hotels and construction businesses worldwide. While being a teenager, he was pushed from behind towards studying agriculture. He didn’t enjoy the domain, thus opening his personal contracting firm that needed revision after nationalization in the 1960s.
No. 10 – Patrice Motsepe
The last on our list is the 4th richest man in South Africa. This father of three currently resides in Johannesburg, with a net worth of $2.5 billion. Aged 49, he made the sum in mining business, by purchasing low-level gold mine shafts in 1994, making them very profitable. Thereon, he has built the African Rainbow Minerals company that’s drawing benefits from South Africa’s Black Economic Empowerment (BEE); additionally, he also owns shares in Sanlam Financial Services and Investments.

Ten things you should do when you upset
